After suffering a stroke on October 3, 2011, Carol was severely limited in many of her life functions. Thankfully, her mental faculties were spared, and she was eventually able to communicate with us; however, she was bedridden and physically unable to do many things. One thing that she never stopped doing was sharing her love with family and friends. Carol's final days were hard, but her heart was always full, and she cherished every moment that she was able to spend with her loved ones.
